ForgeonX is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle uploaded files and basic account information in the current version of the service.

We may process the images and files you upload for compression, basic technical information required to operate the website such as browser type and request logs, and limited account data if you sign in with Google, including your name, email address, and profile picture. Currently, Google sign-in does not enable any persistent account features or long-term storage. We do not use any third-party analytics tools and do not track your behavior across sessions.
At ForgeonX, privacy and security come first. Files are uploaded securely and used only for image compression, format conversion, and target-size processing. We do not store your images as part of any permanent media library. No backups are kept, and files are never shared with, sold to, or used by any third parties, including for AI training. All uploaded files and compressed results are automatically and permanently deleted within 12 hours after processing is complete, so your data never lingers on our servers longer than necessary.
We may use third-party infrastructure providers for hosting and Google for authentication. If you sign in with Google, Google’s own privacy policy applies to the sign-in process. We do not share your uploaded image content with any third parties.
We only use strictly necessary cookies to maintain basic website functionality, such as language preference and session handling. We do not use advertising cookies or analytics services that track user behavior.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the service. However, no internet system is 100% secure, and we recommend avoiding the upload of sensitive or high-risk content.
You may request access to or deletion of any personal data we hold, such as Google account information. Because files are automatically deleted within 12 hours, most image data will already be gone by the time you contact us.
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Continued use of ForgeonX after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
